Delivery estimates

Brackets and home accessories generally dispatch in 1–2 weeks. Shelving and furniture generally dispatch in 3–4 weeks. Larger orders receive a follow-up within 72 hours to confirm details and an estimated dispatch date.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is free within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, territories and international destinations require a shipping quote before an order is accepted.

Delivery & tracking

Transit generally takes 2–7 days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier. Large pieces may require freight delivery or assembly. Tracking details are emailed when available; allow time for the carrier to update scans.
